i have a vauxhall zafera 1800 petrol 16valve,year 2000, i have a problem with the cooling fan and air con fan running all the time when the engine is started, i have had the engine out and had a crank grind with new set of shells fitted,cars up and running great but the fans where ok before i had the engine out, ive checked and double checked all connections and all seem ok, can anyone put me in the right direction, thanks andy

Could check cooling sensor switch and also relay .

would be great if anyone can tell me where the cooling fan switch is and allso the relay,and how would i test these, why would it be they have just gone faulty with having the crankshaft rebuilt, thanks andy
