Keeps cutting out

when i start it then it revs really loudly then cuts back to the point of cutting out,and when im starting to drive off i have to put my foot to floor to get anywhere,if i pull up to lights it will cut out completely and my foot brake goes really hard and the steering goes really tight,all the while its driving it will rev up then go back to the point of cutting out,iv changed the spark plugs and some1 mentioned the coil pack not sure though

Could be coil pack as was suggested also check or clean the ICV/Throttle body .
