If you cant see where you are losing coolant from , you will need to get a pressure test on cooling system to find leak .If that doesn't show any external leaks , next step would be a block test .

ive had people say its the water pump leakin, head gasket gone, leakin from the radiator cap! new thermostat stoped it goin over 90 for a couple of weeks but yet again its goin over! wel thanks for a reply will go back with a bit more information! another thing the oil doesnt seam to be discoloured at all when u look in the oil cap? isnt that a sign of head gasket gone?

As suggested ,could be water pump leaking or rad cap .Might also be radiator partially blocked or other causes .If head gasket goes water can mix with oil or get blown out of exhaust .The tests suggested should show up any faults .
