2004 Vauxhall Zafira problems since having head gasket fixed

since having my head gasket done which included head being skimmed & pressure tested
fault 1 my heaters dont blow hot now only cold to warm ish??
fault 2 i can run the car for hundreds of miles dont over heat not loosing any water but at any time i can remove header tank cap & there is no pressure what so ever where as before you couldnt even think about trying to remove it without getting burnt with red hot water rushing out??
fault 3 on tick over every 30 to 40 seconds the revs die then go back to normall??
fault 4 from time to time when im slowing down at traffic lights the car just seems to die like it loses power for a couple seconds ??
finally fault 5 as bad as it seems it does run nice apart from when i turn right every time i do i get loads of blue black smoke out the back then as soon as it straight again nothing ??
can anybody help there seems to be alot of problems but im sure the garage has put it back together wrong water pipes in wrong place affecting flow & pressure maybe affecting heaters ???
same thing with smoking breather pipes in wrong place any ideas or suggestions im willing to try thanks mark

First thing I would check would be thermostat , probably jammed open causing engine to run cool .

its a new thermostate & temp sendor unit on right hand side of engine anymore ideas ??

On some cars there were two coolant sensors . One for temp gauge and the other for the ECU .One in head and another in thermostat housing , dont know your car set up .
