2009 Vauxhall Zafira brake lights on when car is parked up

brake lights have come on during the night when car is parked up. went out and started car up and drove for a while and the spanner light flased yellow intermittently but not a regular flash when i parked the car again the brake lights came on again and have stayed on it has been raining and very damp for a number of days and i have not driven the car for 4 days

Have a check on brake light switch at pedal box / carrier .If faulty switch , this is a walkthrough for replacing ,
