2000 Vauxhall Zafira fan blowers not working on speeds 1-4

Hi
can anyone help me with this problem my fans stopped working the other day,i've checked the fuses they are ok,could it be the resistor pack?any ideas please..

if it was the resistor pack it should still work on max but not on all other speeds. has yours got 5 speeds as you say it fails on 1 to 4 ?

if its not working at all and the fuses are ok then would check you are getting power and earth to the blower motor,if you have then it sounds like faulty motor,also check it is not siezed

Check wiring to ballast resistor pack / heater .
