water bottle filled to top, wipers work front and back but when you try to wash no noise can be heard from pump, fuse seems ok but unable to access pump under car even with front grills removed, smell of stagnant water when topped up or flushed through..

either the fuse has blown but most likely you are going to require a new screen wash pump if you can check fuse if all ok in that area check for feed at the conection to the pump if you have feed there then the pump is going to need replacing costing around £10 to £15 pounds from a motor factors but around £18 to £25 from dealers
