2001 Vauxhall Zafira rear fog lamp fault

rear fog lamps not working, checked obvious like bulbs and fuse which are all ok. can hear relay clicking so am assuming it's ok. indication light on dashboard illuminated but not rear fog lamp bulbs. am thinking perhaps faulty headlamp switch assembly,any ideas?

if bulbs and fuses are ok then check the wiring connector to the bulb holder and make sure you have power for the fog light bulb,check the bulb holder is`nt corroded or damaged,and trace the wiring back checking for any breaks or damage.
