hello can someone help me regards to my problem. it firstly started from i replaced an new starter motor and after i came home and notice that my alarm wasnt allowing the central locking to either go up or down which meant that the light within the car stayed on and i had no other way than it to stay open. my alarm flashes on the car giving out the flashes but doesnt closes the locks or opens them, i dont know if its the alarm or its the motor within the central locking can you please help me asap.
i dont know which mechanic to believe they say its due to snow they may be frozen buts its been going on for a week or so.

your best bet is taking it to an auto electrician.
