no hot air after the car has been running 4 over 20 mins in cold weather and temp gauge stays at the bottom in summer weather the temp gauge goes up half way and i get lots of hot air out of the blowers

Check / test thermostat .

check coolant level is correct and do cooling system pressure test for leaks

Blower will only work when set to 4 ,otherwise nothing .
