2003 Vauxhall Zafira intermittent power loss at low revs

The Car starts fine but after about 12 miles the car misses when not accelerating and will die if I stop at a junction. It will restart when I give it high revs. This can continues for 2 days and it will run perfect on the third day. It does not miss when acceleratin. CAT, fue filter and coil are ok.

check and clean idle control valve,any fault codes stored?

When at around 1500rpm my car stutters as if its going to stall it does it when slowing down or in a low gear in traffic, ive changed the EGR but no change, can anyone help?
