This should help you check / change filter .

Fitting Instructions

Where is the pollen filter?
centre - passenger side behind glove box

Time to change - approx. 30 minutes
How Easy to change - lengthy

Tools Needed?
torx key or torx screwbit

Fitting Stage 1:-
Remove the glove box by first removing the ceiling trim in the passenger side foot well (plastic overlap clips and plastic expander clips), then the trim immediately side on the centre console (torx screws).

Fitting Stage 2:-
Open glove box, then remove the torx screws that hold the glove box in place. Gently pull glove box out until the light cable connection can be seen, then disconnect the cable plug. The glove box can now come right out.

Fitting Stage 3:-
With glove box removed there is a metal bracket that spans the from the passenger side to the centre console. Remove the bracket by first removing the four retaining screws. The plastic air duct directly behind it should then be removed.

Fitting Stage 4:-
The filter housing is the black plastic box which appears curved (although the filter inside is straight). At the passenger side end there is a plastic filter access flap. Disengage the small clips with a small screwdriver (remove screws if applicable).

Fitting Stage 5:-
Open the flap and remove the old filter. Insert the new Puravent filter, ensuring the AIRFLOW ARROWS points towards the centre console, close the plastic flap, refit the clips (or screws). Refit the plastic duct, metal bracket, glove box, and trim.
