When headlights were switched on and then turnt off again, they remain on until you turn the ignition off.
Now when you turn sidelights on they come on,when you go to then turn on to headlights, they do not come on. Main beam does not come on but you can flash main beam.
Any ideas please, have not taken it to Vauxhall main dealer yet.

have you had a bulb changed recently.sounds like a short on the rear lights or wrong bulb fitted,or bulb fitted incorrectly
