Vauxhall Zafira engin mangement ligth and t/c ligth on

hi i have a major problem with my car the engin mangement lite is on t/c lite is on i have had it scaned and fault codes galore po335 p1613 p0170 p1700 p0100 p0700 p1895 the main one is the t/c some times i can start the can drive down the the road for a bout 5 miles the the t/c lite comes on and the car gos into limp mode the car is a atuomatic and i had the faults cleared 2 to 3 times but some times the engin with a spanner lite comes on instead of engin mangement lite code p1895 points to the actuator circuit is a part that can be replaced by me or is it something within the autoboxs it self HELP as car is a life line
