Hello everyone! Hope you're all having fun!Could one of you be so kind as to offer some help with my Zafira 2.0 DTI. It keep s breaking down! And wont start! ..AA' etc, Some of the issues have been an air leak at the fuel filter housing, which I have now replaced, so now it runs, yippy! But still not that happy starting! Cranks over ok and starts, but lumpy (new glow plugs)and if I rev it up too soon (let Idle for a while and it's ok) it cuts out and will not start! Would be very grateful for any advise. (Once started and warm, it drives fine) Rgds Gordie

hi,poss injector pump faulty,with all the problems you are having try to find a diesel specialist in your area and get them to have a look. also try a phone call to vauxhall customer care if they have had a number of compaints about the same fault as you they may have an answer to the problem. hope this is of some help

if you disconnect one of the injector leak off pipes,the fuel should be clear.if there is an oily residue then your seals are knackered.the injectors are in 2 pieces.where the horizontal section sits on to the top of the actual injector there is a rubber seal,these are a common problem that can cause poor starting from cold

rubber fuel spill off pipes could need replacing as these fail with no warning and are quite common. the running issues sound like sensor related. my initial thought is the crank sensor but could also be the MAF sensor
