2001 Vauxhall Zafira turbo seals leaking

hi can anyone help me, the turbo seems to be not kicking in and the turbo seals are leaking is there any other way to sort the seals out apart from replacing them. it's a tough job. any idea for help.I'll be pleased if anyone helped.

Sounds as if turbo knacked . Quicker and cheaper to get one from scrapyard if you don't want a replacement unit . Also usually s/hand ones on E-bay .

check the vacuum pipes to the egr valve,swirl flap actuator and throttle housing,make sure these are on properly and not split,also check the inlet manifold/swirl flaps and egr are not coked up
