2003 Vauxhall Zafira randomly conks out

whilst driving the car just conks out on me and if i manage to catch it right it will start up straight away. if not, i have to wait for out 5-10 minutes before it starts again. It happens at all speeds and all temperatures. No regular patterns.
New new air flow meter and new coil pack have been installed.
The triangle with the skidding car and the car with a spanner in the middle lights up.
Please HELP it is driving me bonkers and have spent loads.

i had a zafira with a similar problem and was told it was the erg valve . once this was sorted i never had any problems.
