when accelerating there is a ticking noise comeing from engine,it sounds as if its comeing from the carbarator,i only bought this car six months ago from a dealer and was told that the ecotech engines are noisey but it seems to be geting worse.does anyone no what it could be?

the carb is actually a single point injector its normal to tick as we cant hear it id recc you take it to a garage and just ask if its excessive.prob if you can hear it whilst driving its too loud,exhaust blow could make simular noise
