2007 Vauxhall Zafira tailgate lock, condensation and recycle air light

1 - THe tailgate wont open. I cant hear the electrical opener, and all house and other doors are OK.
2 - Extreme condensation on windows isside - to a point where it simply caoont crear the condensation?
3 - THe recircuit light some times works on the dial and sometimes does'nt.

just been to the garage. I was told this is a common occurence. The tailgate locks and the wipers don't work in cold weather because a fuse has blown. Changed the fuse and problem fixed!
