Does the warranty cover the clutch bearing? If not what should I look to be paying

Unless there is a fault on clutch ass. . it is normally classed as a "serviceable item " and subject to wear dependant on use and not under warranty .

If your mileage is not too high and the bearing has prematurely failed due to defective parts you may get it under warrenty or as a good will gesture, makes noises at your main dealer.
