2006 Vauxhall Zafira internal air distribution not moving to correct position

When the air distribution switch is turned the air is not diverting to the selected areas. Air to feet works but can not get any air to divert to the windscreen and only partly diverts to the front side demisters - nothing come sfrom the centre vents. Is this an electrical problem with the switch or a mechanical problem?

This is mechanical problem, probably something wrong with cables/mounting points.
