Vauxhall Zafira coolant leak

Hi I have a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer 2.0 170bhp

It's been the worst car on reliability I have ever owned.

Coolant leak, not confirmed but I have a empty coolant tank every week, I noticed it was empty just before Christmas but I have been filling the coolant up every week since I cannot see any sludge in the oil, cambelt was changed approx a year ago.
Has anyone any idea of common issues with coolant leaks ?
Also my windscreen wash pump I believe has gone this week, can not hear a noise when go to use it, but the headlight was is still working front and rear wipers go but nothing comes from jets, I have filled to the top with screenwash.

It's going into the garage in the week for diagnostic but I'm getting to the point where every month or so there is something else wrong.

It's covered 97k serviced annually.
