Horn not working at all and right hand side steering wheel controls not working and limited operation on left hand side, wipers and indicators work fine just central parts of steering wheel not

Common cause is often the clock spring . If not that you may also have to try cleaning the buttons with an electronic contact cleaner spray or replace
