vchanged air filter spark plugs and coil pack car revving up and down when idleing chocking intermitently when runningheavy petrol smell in car will not go over 70 mph only had it 2 weeks cost a fortune already please help

Rather than guess and fit parts not needed , besides the cost , get it scanned with Tech 2/3 for better reading of fault codes . Sounds like a vac leak somewhere ,could check the PCV valve . Petrol smell could be many things , low compressions , injectors over fueling .to name 2

Any decent scanner will do and someone trained to read it.
Sounds like you purchased a faulty car that was going to be a "cheap fix".
These never are.
The 1.6 did have throttle body issues and egr issues so don't guess. These are all expensive parts. Test first... Then replace.
