ROOF LEAKING

I have a roof leak into the rear luggage compartment area. I've resealed the base of the centre roof aerial which seems ok. The only other areas I think it can be coming from is the base channel of the roof rack rails. Can anyone offer any advice on the possible location of the leak and/or how to waterproof the roof rack rails? Thanks.

Check the rubber seal at top of tailgate , centre brake light , rear washer hose , drain holes in tailgate also .
