2010 Vauxhall Zafira loud clunking/ rattle idle and low.speeds

I have a loud tapping and occasional clunking from under the car when idle or when going under about 30 mph... if I rev the engine it stops then restarts . Just had a new gearbox, clutch done on it in April and full service. Not sure if the is a loose bolt under the car? I have got a picture of the bit where I think the noise is coming from.

The only way you will find out the cause is to get it checked over , the possibilities are endless and impossible to even guess without a lot more info,
