My Opel account sends me emails with diagnostics.
There it shows that I have problem with engine or gearbox. Warning pops up from time to time, not every time, saying Service Vehicle Soon.
Any suggestions?

Get it serviced and fault codes read .

It was serviced recently and tried to read faults. But because it pops up now and then couldn't see any at a time of reading. I have had all faults deleted but doubt it will sort this problem. Car has only 28000 miles.
