Faulty/leaking injector.

Would it have anything to do with dpf valve it had 1 forced regeneration already but when levels had risen 2nd time it only went to 30%

A leaking injector would have over fuelled the relevant cylinder for a while.
This is basically a rich mixture,
So no amount of regen is going to help.
If you have access to diagnostics check the injector correction ratio/%.
Good chance the ECU is subtracting fuel from the bad injector trying to change the fuel flow.
Which it can do if the injector is leaking!
