Hello there. My vauxhall zafira ecoflex has the following problems.
1 - smoking and flue consumption goes very hight while the collant fan is running non stop

What colour smoke ? Could be an injector or even head gasket but need more info .Check coolant level .

Head gasked is ok. Injectors were checked and they all ok.

Incomplete DPF regenerations ?

Yes. Every time it was going for regeneration it says it's stopped by user. It never complete regeneration.

Probably best and cheapest bet would be taking it to a diesel specialist and let him scan for faults and check the DPF .Also carry out a leak off test at the same time . Some prefer to have the DPF removed .
