just toped fluid up now steering gone stiff any help please

Check the fuses . Try looking on u tube.

will chexk fuse tomorrow as to dark am I wright its fuse 23

Have you bled the system?
Usually with the engine running turn it full lock either left or right and hold it briefly on the stop,
Then full opposite lock and hold it.
Repeat until it feels better.
'Course I saying with the engine running but that not always the course,
For eg the Renault traffic you turn the wheel back and forwards a few time with the engine off and the wheels of the ground.
What system yours needs??
But try the engine running as that probably the norm.
