2004 Vauxhall Zafira spanner light

The car starts from cold ,but when warm the spanner light comes on and the car either cuts out ,which you can restart after switching off ignition, ore will go int limp mode.
Tested with meter and code po638 ,electronic throttle open circuit/ control voltage low.
What's the possible problem.
Electronic throttle unit, or something else.

Could be the throttle body , wiring to same , or also check the throttle pedal / wiring plug .
