Automatic transmission failure and loss of drive

2004 Vauxhall Zafira 1.8 Elegance Auto
Car: Vauxhall Zafira
Year: 2004
Variant: 1.8 Elegance Auto
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
Got a 54 plate petrol Zafira automatic transmission, which - 2 weeks after passing MOT- has stopped engaging in gear both forward and reverse. There is no drive at all. Transmission oil has been dropped and replaced 3 times in the last 2 days. Still no activity. ECU is reading no faults and no dash lights. No problems with the transmission until this point. Oil cooler pipes on exam one is cold and one is warm. Thinking internal pump has gone. Any other ideas folks - help will be gratefully received

If one of the pipes is warm that would indicate to me the pump IS functioning.
So as I don't have access to a flow chart for the box I'm guessing a clutch/band or solenoid fault.
