2007 Vauxhall Zafira starting problems.

Car hard to start, after several attempts the car starts & the revs shoot up high and then die. Eventually the car starts and the revs settle down, have no idea what causes this any help appreciated.

Have you checked the basics like plugs ?

Started my zafira this morning but just cut out no wont start orange light on dash with spanner on it any body wots wrong with it thanks
