2002 Vauxhall Zafira noisy breaks

Car: Vauxhall Zafira
Year: 2002
Variant: 1.8 automatic

When i apply the breaks, just before i come to a stop i hear a loud scaping noise until car comes to a complete stop. Any idea?

sounds like you need new disks and brake pads.
