loses power when driving .And also only now and again when ive stopped at lights or a junction it stalls and cuts out.can anybody help pls.

Coil pack is a common cause of this , worth checking and looking at plugs at same time .

Hi I don't know if this will be of any use to you,
When I first got my 99 bus I had the same sort of problem it turned out that at some point some body had dropped the bar with what I call the four chimneys you know off the top of the plugs one of the chimneys were broke & glued back on allowing that plug to short out .
