Rattling and sqeaking noise

when car is started the engine rattles and sounds like a bucket of loose nuts and bolts coming from the nearside part of the engine down by the cam belt somewhere when reved up there is a slight sqeaking noise which coms and goes hope there is a non expensive answer to this question.

Could be the water pump on it's way out .You need to get it checked out ASAP or you could have BIG problems if that's what it is .
