2006 Vauxhall Zafira nsr door and electric windows

nsr door does not lock with central locking i have to poke the key in the hole at the side (hear click) then door locks i just pull handle from inside to open. Also the rear windows will not operate have checked wiring nothing visible also the nsr door did shut the radio off one day when my son opened it points to wiring but i cant find anything the osr window did work 1 day but i quickly put it up for fear of not getting closed again any other suggestions many thanks in advance.
