The windscreen fan heater is not working,/ blowing ,however works every were else, have checked the fuse , noticed loads of leaves under wipers which I have now removed

Do you mean the fan is blowing o.k but not on the demist / windscreen position ? or the fan is not blowing at all ? If the first , sounds like it's not changing the heater flap position ..This explains the problem ,
