2006 Vauxhall Zafira rear fog light

Failed mot due to fog light at rear not working also does not light up on dash or tell tale switch bulb ok as are all fuses.not sure where relay is.help needed please.

Obviously you have checked this with the lights on?
As the fog will only work with the lights on and maybe the ignition on.
Some will also only work in dip or full lights I can't remember which.
Apart from that maybe its your switch as I would think it is powered by the lights
