How to time lock the crank pulley when replacing timing belt

hi everyone can someone plse tell me how to lock the crank pulley when replacing timing belt plse.autodata list a tool but no one seems to stock or sell it.usually i use drill bigts or similar but on this i am stuck.any help will be much appreciated
