My zafira runs fine the whole day then will
go through a spell of cutting out when I press the clutch to change gear it will then cut out 2 or 3 times then be fine again iv had it at the garage no codes coming up on their machine had the rank treated in case of dirty fuel no lights on the dash can any1 help?

We had a zafira for a few years and changed everything. It used to run on the !motorway no problems but would act strange sometimes cutting out. These vauxhalls have a fault with the speedo dials needing a bit of extra pressure inwards for a good connection. This solves a lot of cutting out issues. Also we had many false fault codes which we changed everything with no result. The problem lies with the engine loom connector. Looks like a small ECU on top right of engine . this needs sending away to be repaired
