2006 Vauxhall Zafira climate control temp

My outside screen temp has gone mad and its just gone up to 68 degrees! This has affected auto climate control and I cant get any warm air unless I set it to manual hi then a bit of warm air comes out. Whats up?

Probably outside air temp sensor faulty .
