hi wen i start my car in the morning it takes ten min for the rev counter to stop going up an down befor i can drive it and then wen am driving and put my foot down it starts slowing down inless i keep letting go of the peddle and pressing it again i have put a new throttle body on it an it still doing it any ideas thanks

Sounds like a vacuum leak.

Normally bad for coil pack issue,from your description ,it does sound like that,if you can get it scanned for misfire code then that will prove it.

There was a technical bulletin on engine coolant temp sensor that could be yout trouble .
