The fan work on face and feet.But when you turn the knob to windowscreen there is nothing blowing on to the screen.The air blows out onto face only.

you could try pollen filter also make sure re-circulation button is off could also be a flap servo motor causing the problem

Good shout on the recirculating button,and advise you close some of the other vent,s as there,s quite a lot on the zafira.
