Think EGR is getting clogged up. This is 3rd one ive had in 2 yrs so hopefully it doesnt need replacing. Is it expensive to get cleaned?

Getting it cleaned correctly would only save the price of valve and may not be successful . You could do away with the complete system , after having three in 2 yrs probably end up cheaper . Many do the conversion i.e ,
