2007 Vauxhall Zafira engine jerk

While driving the car at a steady speed (30-40mph) I'm experiencing an engine jerk for a split second before the car drives as normal again, no problems at speed or when moving up the gears just when I'm travelling at steady speeds, any ideas of the problem?

Check plugs and coil pack .
