2003 Vauxhall Zafira zafira running problems

Right just joined I have a zafira 1.8 engine light came on replaced full exhaust which was rotten had engine codes cleared ran great for 15 miles then light came back on on code came up air meter and lambda sensor in exhaust cleaned air meter now car struggles to tick over,revs erratically , poor throttle response it's doing my head in need some advice because I hate main dealers Or should I put a match to it Thanks

Checked / tested plugs and coil pack ?

Put a new maf sensor on still the same gonna put new lambda sensor on in exhaust and try that

Could be the cat convertor starting to go , break up inside .

If it is the cat would the engine flash coz mine isnt
