I am on my 4th turbo in 6 years. Neither the dealer (who is n't really bothered) and another garage cannot understand why they keep going. The car isn't thrashed and the oil is regularly changed. I was thinking its maybe a design fault.

Are they flushing your cooler out and pipes prior to installing your new turbo so that no debris is left to foul your new turbo.also is boost pressure within normal limits,I.e. it,s not over boosting.also is breather system okay not clogged up.
