2006 Vauxhall Zafira passenger side back door will not open from in or out the car

Hi I have a 2006 zafira and I have a problem with the passenger side rear door it will not open from in or out the car, I have taken the door card off and pulled the leaver which is attached the handle in the car but this still doesn't work, please can someone help

Check for broken wires where they pass through door frame .

You may have to force the lock mechanism from the inside if you cannot see any broken wiring ,But try pulling on the wiring to check it as I recently had an issue which could not be seen until pressure was applied to the wiring and basically it was green inside.
