2001 Vauxhall Zafira rear wiper, won't turn off

when the car is on the rear wiper will randomly go back and forth, it is not consent and does not have a patten.

Could be a faulty relay or a faulty motor. Pull the relay out and clean the contacts. On the wiper motor, remove the electric connector and clean the contacts. If no joy, then it sounds like it maybe the motor at fault or possibly a faulty wiper control stalk...
